This factsheet lists upgrades available for the 5 Series B MSO.  These include bandwidth, record length, logic channels and built-in arbitrary/function generator.  Add serial bus protocol support or advanced analysis such as jitter, power measurements or 3-phase power.  You can even add a Windows operating system to run PC software on the oscilloscope.
